PAY MY DOCTOR: WHERE'S MY CLIENT ID?

Ugh, I am requiring to pay my doctor's bill but their system is giving me a fit! It keeps asking for a client ID and I have no idea where to find it. Did anyone else run into this? I've checked my email, statements, and even looked through old paperwork, but nothing! Is there a secret area for these IDs or am I just missing something obvious? Let

Okay, so, I need to cover my doctor's statement. I visited the system and it says I need a client ID. But, I don't have that! What am I supposed to try?
